Product Description

　　The pipe straightening machine is used to correct the curvature of black metal and non-ferrous metal pipes and bars. Since the rollers have a hyperbolic profile, once the pipe or bar is engaged, the rollers rotate while simultaneously driving the workpiece forward in a rotational motion. This causes the pipe or bar to undergo repeated bending between the rollers, continuously changing direction and achieving symmetric correction around its axis. At the same time, this machine can also correct ovality and straightness of steel pipes. The machine is capable of producing straightened products with diameters ranging from φ10 to φ325 mm.
