Straightening machine

　　The pipe straightening machine is used to correct the curvature of ferrous and non-ferrous metal pipes and bars. Thanks to its hyperbolic roller profile, once the workpiece is engaged, the rollers rotate while the workpiece advances in rotation, causing it to undergo repeated bending between the rollers and continuously change direction, thereby achieving axisymmetric straightening about the pipe’s longitudinal axis. The machine can also correct ovality and straightness in steel pipes. It is capable of producing a wide range of straightening machines for workpieces with diameters from φ10 to φ325 mm.
