  • 　　The hot centering machine is used prior to tube billet piercing as an auxiliary process in the hot-rolling piercing sequence, and it primarily serves three functions:
    　　● Reduce the eccentricity of the capillary tube to ensure that subsequent processes produce qualified tubes, thereby improving the yield of finished products;
    　　● Increase the amount of compression before the mandrel during perforation rolling to improve the secondary bite-in conditions of the tube billet;
    　　● Reduces wear on the tool tip and extends tool life.
    　　We can manufacture various thermal centering machines with a thermal centering range of φ95 to φ325 mm.
