Piercing the billet is the most critical deformation process in the production of hot-rolled seamless steel tubes; its task is to transform a solid billet into a hollow blank.
Our company primarily manufactures Mann-type piercing machines and horizontal conical-roll piercing machines.
The Mann-type perforating machine is currently the most widely used perforating machine. This perforating unit features low investment, a short equipment installation and commissioning period, flexible production capabilities, and simple operation.
The horizontal conical-roll piercing machine features high geometric dimensional accuracy of the billet, a large elongation coefficient, excellent concentricity and wall-thickness uniformity, high production efficiency, and superior piercing performance compared to the Mann-type piercing machine. Compared with the vertical conical-roll piercing machine, it offers the same piercing performance but at a lower equipment investment, making it currently one of the most advanced piercing machine models.
We can manufacture various perforating machines with a perforation range of φ50 to φ300 mm.
