Tube rolling is the primary deformation process in the production of hot-rolled seamless steel tubes. Its function is to bring the wall thickness of the tube billet close to or equal to the wall thickness of the finished tube and to eliminate the longitudinal wall-thickness unevenness that arises during the piercing process.
Our company primarily manufactures automatic pipe rolling mills, Accu-Roll pipe rolling mills, and self-developed two-roll mandrel-controlled pipe rolling mills equipped with guide plates. The key feature of the two-roll mandrel-controlled pipe rolling mill with guide plates is its use of a tension mandrel and guide plates to create a closed deformation zone. This mill boasts a long, tightly sealed pass geometry, ensuring excellent sealing performance. It outperforms similar pipe rolling mills in terms of product variety, product quality, and consumption indicators. It can produce pipes ranging in diameter from φ70 to φ280 mm.
