  The detection components of the color steel tile machinery—specifically, the color steel tile pressing machine—include: a pulse encoder for detecting the length of color steel tiles, limit switches for the up-and-down movement of the forming rollers, limit switches for the up-and-down movement of the cutting blade, up-and-down operation buttons for the forming rollers, up-and-down movement buttons for the cutting blade, an emergency stop switch, and a hydraulic on-off switch, among other components of the color steel tile equipment. The actuating components of the color steel tile pressing machine include: a frequency converter driving the motor, a motor for the hydraulic station, two hydraulic solenoid valves for the forming rollers, and two hydraulic solenoid valves for the cutting blade.
  (1) The high-altitude bulk-loading method for tile pressing machines
  The high-altitude bulk assembly method refers to a technique in which small sub-assemblies or individual components (such as single members and single nodes) are directly assembled in their designed positions. There are two main approaches within this method: the full-support method (also known as the scaffold-supported method) and the cantilever method. The full-support method is typically used for assembling individual components, whereas the cantilever method is more commonly employed when small sub-assemblies are assembled at height. Since individual components are assembled at height without the need for large lifting equipment, this method does not require extensive crane operations. However, because it involves erecting large-scale assembly scaffolding, it does demand significant quantities of scaffolding materials.
  (2) Sectional or Block Installation Method
  The segmented or block-by-block installation method involves dividing the space frame into strip-shaped or block-shaped units, which are then lifted into place at their designed high-altitude positions using lifting equipment and temporarily supported. Afterward, these units are assembled into a complete structure. Strip-shaped units are divided along the long span direction of the space frame into several segments; the width of each segment can range from one to three grid cells, while its length equals the short span of the space frame. Block-shaped units are formed by dividing the space frame in both longitudinal and transverse directions, resulting in rectangular or square-shaped units. The weight of each unit is determined by the lifting capacity of the lifting equipment available on site.
  In the segmented or modular installation method, most of the welding and jointing work is carried out on the ground, which helps improve the quality of the project and significantly reduces the need for assembly scaffolding. Since the individual segments are designed with consideration for the capacity of the lifting equipment already available on site, it’s possible to make full use of the existing equipment at the construction site, thereby reducing rental costs for lifting equipment.
